Subtasks

Become a member of Adaptation Scotland’s Adaptation Learning Exchange (ALE), to interact and engage with others working on climate adaptation.
- Participate in ALE training and events to learn more about climate adaptation, meet those working on adaptation in their organisation.
- Sign up to the Adaptation Scotland newsletter to be informed about upcoming ALE events.
- Use the Adaptation Learning Exchange’s online Knowledge Hub to share questions, learning and speak to peers.
Develop relationships and connections with other adaptation professionals.
- Join networks and professional institutions to meet others working on adaptation to benefit from shared learning and opportunities to work together formally or informally.

Identify existing statutory and non-statutory groups, partnerships and forums that include, or could include, adaptation within their remit. Consider their relevance to your adaptation work and find out who in your organisation already engages with them.

· Environment partnerships or forums

· Green network partnerships

· Regional resilience partnerships

· FRM Local Plan District Groups

· Regional climate adaptation initiatives such as:

Climate Ready Clyde initiative
Edinburgh Adapts initiative
Aberdeen Adapts initiative
